Earthquakes, wildfire, and floods
The 2001 Nisqually earthquake, the 2023 Gray and Oregon Road fires near Spokane, and the November 2021 atmospheric river floods all caused major damage. A standard homeowners policy does not cover flood or earthquake, so we quote them separately.
Auto, boat, and business coverage
Washington requires auto liability limits of at least $25,000 per person, $50,000 per accident, and $10,000 for property damage. Insurers must offer personal injury protection and underinsured motorist coverage. We round out your protection with auto, boat, and umbrella coverage.
