Wildfire, earthquakes, and floods
The 1983 Borah Peak earthquake (magnitude 6.9) and the 2020 Stanley earthquake (magnitude 6.5) showed Idaho's seismic risk, and the 1976 Teton Dam failure flooded Rexburg. A standard homeowners policy does not cover flood or earthquake, so we quote them separately.
Auto, boat, and business coverage
Idaho requires auto liability limits of at least $25,000 per person, $50,000 per accident, and $15,000 for property damage. Idaho is an at-fault state. We round out your protection with auto, boat, and umbrella coverage.
